The Point Lisas Industrial Apprenticeship Programme (PLIAP) is a two-year technical training initiative designed to produce highly skilled, job-ready journeymen for the industrial sector. The programme is built around four structured six-month rotations, during which apprentices are placed with leading contractor and producer companies located on the Point Lisas Industrial Estate and beyond.
How it Works
Participants receive hands-on training and mentorship in real industrial environments, allowing them to build both competence and confidence as they transition from trainees to skilled professionals.
