- Operate in accordance to health, safety and security procedures, maintaining OSH Act and international safety standards.
- Analysing, diagnosing, designing, recommending and repairing Information Technology Infrastructure.
- Analyse and identify tools required for Installing and configuring computer networks and systems.
- Evaluate, Troubleshoot and identify problems that arise with computer networks and systems.
- Consult with clients to specify system requirements and design solutions.
- Create, implement and Manage Database systems.
- Support end user requirement, organization’s local area network (LAN), wireless LAN (WLAN), voice over IP (VoIP) phone system and hybrid cloud storage.
- Support and implement software solutions with industry best practice.
- Provide Information Technology services in accordance with best practices required by the industry.
