Subject Matter Expert - Item Writer The Item Writer will develop Multiple Choice test items that measure student progress through learning objectives in the NESC Diploma Programmes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities In accordance with Bloom's taxonomy cognitive domain, develop multiple-choice items testing course objectives outlined in NESC Diploma Programme curriculum using the course material provided. Draw upon expert knowledge of in the specified course area to create item stems and answer options that are clear, readable, and accurate. For each item developed, identify the relevant course unit, objective, level of difficulty (Bloom's taxonomy) and keywords. Independently evaluate test items for creativity, clarity, content alignment, appropriateness,fairness, and quality. Revise items based on feedback from item reviewers.
